1. 2. Maintenance personnel are responsible for the maintenance of high-pressure metering pump, check the operation of high-pressure metering pump every day, and make good records. If damaged leather bowl is found, aging will lead to air leakage, pressure will not disappear, should be replaced in time.
3. Electrical performance, mechanical performance, main engine and main contactor switch of high-pressure metering pump motor shall be checked every half month, and necessary lubricant shall be added to ensure the normal use of the equipment and record well.
4. High-pressure metering pump should maintain a certain oil level. Generally speaking, the oil-immersed surface should be kept between 6/10 and 7/10. If oil shortage is found, it should be replenished in time to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
